We reimagined the entire main level to reflect the client’s love of food, entertaining, and everyday comfort. The layout was opened up to create connection between the kitchen, dry bar, dining nook, and living spaces—anchored by a dramatic island clad in marble.. Thoughtful details like arched niches, brass mesh cabinets, handpainted checkerboard tile, and a custom Venetian plaster hood elevate the design with old-world charm. An inviting green pantry and upholstered dining nook add warmth and personality, while a refined powder room and hard-working mudroom/laundry round out the transformation—every space tailored, cohesive, and full of soul.
