Our collaborative, 5-Step Design Process
1: the consult
We’ll start with an outline of our services. Then we talk about your project goals. Afterwards, we'll establish a timeline & develop the budget.
Please note this process can be done virtually or in-person upon request.
2: The Initial Designs
Once we finalize your design contract, we’ll get to work on research, photography, and note-taking. Then, we'll measure & work from existing plans. Together, we'll determine vendors, showrooms, materials, products, and more. Finally, we'll present our schematic designs (which includes plans, elevations, renderings and conceptual photos as needed).
3: The Final Design
This is where your dreams begin to take shape. We finalize all requisite changes as determined from previous conversations. Then, we walk you (and your contractor) through our revised designs for review and final approval!
4: Installation Time
Here we go! It’s time to finalize estimates with your contractor and the team. Plus, we’ll review purchase orders + oversee installation of furnishings to ensure everything is flawless.
5: Welcome Home
Lastly, we hand-deliver your project binder and Complete the final walk-through and leave you to fall in love with your new space time & time again.
